Carlota Palazzo

Carlota Palazzo earned her Law Degree from Catholic University of Córdoba (Argentina) where she obtained the Gold Medal Award to the top graduate of the class. She holds a Masters degree in Law (L.L.M.) from San Andrés University (Buenos Aires, Argentina). She is currently a Partner at Capdevila & Palazzo – Attorneys at Law. Her Practice Areas are Corporate and Bankruptcy Law (with more than 20 years of experience). In the field of academia, she is an Assistant Professor of Bankruptcy Law and Researcher at the National University of Córdoba and an Associate Professor of Consumer Law at Catholic University of Córdoba. She is also a Member of the Institute of Corporations of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Córdoba; the Ibero – American Institute of Bankruptcy Law; IWIRC, Insol International and the International Insolvency Institute. In addition, she is author of articles and research papers and lecturer on seminars, conferences and postgraduate courses on Corporate and Insolvency Law. Moreover, she is a member of the Editorial Boards of Insol I-Read Student Newsletter and Insol Restructuring Alert (by Insol International) and of the III Ad-Hoc Committee Model Laws@Work Thought Leadership Project.
