Daniel Carreño Monsalve

Daniel Carreño Monsalve is a Lawyer with a minor degree in economics from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). Currently, he works as a Junior Associate in the Corporate M&A practice at the law firm Gómez-Pinzón Abogados. Formerly he worked as Paralegal in the Insolvency practice at Rivera Andrade Estudio Jurídico. He specializes in Corporate Law, Corporate Dispute Resolution, and M&A Transactions. He is a Senior Member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Research Group at Universidad de los Andes and a member of the Private Equity and Venture Capital area of the Finance and Investment Club at the same University. He has published various articles on Corporate Law.
