Emiliano M. Catán
Emiliano M. Catan is Assistant Professor of Law at NYU School of Law. His research focuses on corporate governance, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Catan earned his first law degree in 2003 from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he received the gold medal for earning the highest GPA in his graduating class. In 2007, he also received an MA in economics from the same university. At NYU Law, he earned an LLM in Corporations in 2010 and was awarded the George Colin Award for distinction in corporate law at graduation. He received his PhD in economics from New York University in 2014.
