Gabriela Borges

Ph.D. candidate and Master of Regulatory Law at FGV Direito Rio. Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law & Economics at George Mason University (GMU). Postgraduate in Business Law, focusing on Corporate and Capital Markets Law, at FGV Direito Rio. Previously worked as a Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and as an Assistant Professor of the Global Antitrust Institute (GAI) LL.M. Program at George Mason University. Currently, she is a Professor at FGV Direito Rio and coordinates the FGV Law Graduate Program and the Center for Advanced Studies on Regulation of the National Financial System (NEASF/FGV Direito Rio).
