Gabriel Borgogno

Gabriel Borgogno Córdoba holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has also studied at the University of São Paulo, the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Currently, Gabriel is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate practice area, advising both domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. He has experience advising on capital increases in listed companies and IPOs. Prior to this, Gabriel worked in the Capital Markets department of the Madrid office of Linklaters.
