José Adatty Molina

José Adatty Molina is a lawyer with a subspecialization in Business Law, graduated from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, "USFQ", with the highest honors (Summa Cum Laude). He focuses his practice in Corporate Law and has experience in both the public and private sectors. In academia, he serves as an Assistant Professor for the Chairs of Commercial and Corporate Law, Business Insolvency, and Contracts at USFQ; additionally, he is the Coordinator of the Legal Innovation Laboratory at USFQ, as well as the Chief Editor of the legal journal Legal Lab.
