José Salvador

José is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where he obtained his degree with a subspecialization in Business Law. Additionally, he has completed a diploma in Corporate Governance and Compliance at the same institution. Currently, José is pursuing a master's degree in Business Law at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. He is also an active member of the Corporate Law committee of the Young Ecuadorian Attorneys (YEA) commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where he participates in organizing conferences and publications in Ecuadorian journals. José is also a trainee member of the “Insolvency Future Leaders” program of INSOL International, where he is pursuing the “Foundation Certificate” certification as a scholarship recipient. In the academic field, José serves as an adjunct professor at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, teaching classes in Commercial and Corporate Law and Corporate Governance under the direction of Paul Noboa Velasco. His practice and research focus on key areas of Corporate Law, including fiduciary contracts, financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate restructuring.
