Lorena Schneider

She is a Lawyer from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of Córdoba. Doctor in Law in the Commercial area with an outstanding Thesis recommended for the "Faculty Award" by the University of Buenos Aires, an institution in which she also obtained a Master's degree in Commercial and Business Law with an outstanding degree. He also obtained the titles of Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration (Roma Tre University, UNIDROIT and, ICC Arbitration), Specialist in Legal Advice for Companies (UMSA) and Specialist in Corporate Practice of Companies, from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya-UOC- Spain. He is a member of the Institute of Business Law of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires. Director of the Corporate Lawyers Diploma (CEMA University). Director of the Arbitration and Technology and Communication Institutes (La Plata Bar Association, Buenos Aires). He is a specialist in Corporate Law and Investment Arbitration. He has been awarded prizes and distinctions such as the Prize for the best presentation for the Contribution to the Development and Modernization of the Stock Market, at the XII Argentine Congress of Corporate Law and the VIII Ibero-American Congress of Corporate and Business Law, among others. She is a graduate and postgraduate professor and speaker in Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Spain and other countries. She is the author of individual and collective books and more than 80 articles on doctrine published in the country and abroad.
