Maria Victoria Marengo

María Victoria Marengo is a Lawyer from the National University of Córdoba (Argentina). She is also a notary from the Universidad Siglo XXI and is completing a Master's Degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral. She is a clerk and rapporteur in the Commercial Court of the city of Córdoba (Argentina). She also works as a graduate attached to the Chair of Commercial Law (Private Law IV - Companies) of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the city of Córdoba (Argentina). She has publishes various academic articles on corporate and insolvency law and she is a contributor to the update of the "General Law of Companies" by Horacio Roitman. Her areas of expertise include corporate law and bankruptcy law.
