Pedro Bellocq

Pedro Bellocq holds a Law Degree and a Postgraduate Degree in Applied Procedural Law by Universidad de Montevideo and also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law by Queen Mary, University of London. He is partner at Scelza & Montano where he combines both, the corporate advice with litigation practice, especially in commercial and civil matters. He was Lecturer of Company Law and Corporate Finance Law at the Postgraduate School of the Universidad ORT Uruguay (2017-2018). He is coauthor of the books Formas Jurídicas para Emprender (Legal Forms to Start-up, FCU, 2017) and Manual de Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas (Handbook of the Simplified Corporation, FCU, 2019).
