Valentina Castillo

Valentina graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes and obtained a postgraduate degree in Financial Regulation from the same university. She is a member of the Corporate Law and M&A practice at Serrano Martínez; her professional experience has mainly focused on corporate litigation, private practice on corporate and commercial affairs, and more recently as in-house legal counsel at Oil&Gas companies—Downstream and Chemicals—. She has also participated as lecturer and organiser of several academic events related to Corporate Law.
