We are pleased to share the program for the VII Annual Congress of the Ibero-American Institute for Law and Finance, which will take place in the wonderful city of Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) on October 2-3, 2024.
Co-organized with our friends from the FUNDACION INSTITUCIONALIDAD Y JUSTICIA (FINJUS), this exciting event will kick off with an opening keynote address titled “The Enforcement of Corporate Law: Lessons from the Delaware Court of Chancery.” We are honored to have the Honorable Lori W. Following this, and as in previous years, the Congress will feature various panels discussing the latest scientific and regulatory developments in corporate law, bankruptcy law, financial regulation, and fintech capital markets at an international level.
